Cephas has been in legal practice as a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public since January 2008. He has developed a special interest in Labour Law, Civil Litigation and Estate Administration. Before joining Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice, he was an Associate at one of the leading law firms in Zimbabwe namely, Sawyer and Mkushi Legal Practitioners. He is the current Managing Partner at Mhishi Nkomo Legal Practice. As an avid researcher, Cephas has worked on various published and unpublished articles on Land Reform and Land Transfer in Zimbabwe in collaboration with Lloyd Mhishi. He holds a Certificate of Appreciation in Enabling the Business of Agriculture (2017 Report) from the World Bank.
