In this capacity, she investigates and addresses business development challenges to proactively mitigate problems as well as develops key operational initiatives to drive and maintain business growth. In addition, Chido is the co-founder of Zimbabwe Economic Youth Foundation (ZEYF), a non-profit organisation that is committed to empowering the youth through economic development activities. Chido has also excelled academically. She is a Mandela Rhodes Scholar and was nominated by ‘Trailblazer’ to be among Southern African Development Community (SADC) Top 100 Youth leaders. She is also a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Fellow and United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum delegate.
