Notably, Lovemore has worked for the Joint Monitoring and Implementation Committee (JOMIC) as one of the tripartite National Political Liaison Officers; the Zimbabwe Business Council on AIDS (ZBCA) as the Founding Executive Director; Zimbabwe College of Music as Director of Finance and Administration; SADCC Press Trust –Southern African Economist Magazine as Founding Business Manager; Central Film Laboratories (Private Limited) as its Chief Accountant & Company Secretary; and Mashonaland Holdings Limited as an accountant. He is a Trustee and core-founder of the Zimbabwe Business Council on Aids (ZBCA). Lovemore is the Chairman of Play for Life Trust and Managing Consultant of Zawale Consultants (Private) Limited. Notably, Lovemore is a former President of Zimbabwe Economics Society.
