Mudiwa worked as a legal intern at Chihambakwe, Mutizwa and Partners (2010), at Gateway Primary School as a Music Department Liaison and Sports coach (2011-2012) and as an administrative assistant for the Harare International Festival of the Arts (HIFA) (2013-2015). Mudiwa has worked on independent consultancies for Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe (Pvt), conducting economic and social needs assessments with vulnerable groups in the Goromonzi District (2019). In line with her keen interest in community development, Mudiwa is an active Rotarian and serves on the Rotaract Club of Msasa Board as the Public Relations Officer (2020-2021). Currently, Mudiwa works as an Executive Assistant at Advocates Chambers. Apart from her work, Mudiwa is part of the Zimbabwe National Ladies Hockey Squad (2018, 2020) and a member of the Hippo Ladies Hockey Club.
