Nigel holds a diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Economics and a Masters in Economics both from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ).

Misheck is a financial economist and banker who holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ), a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of London (UCL).
